before purchasing if possible? It
is been proven, the more invested someone is the more likely they are to
purchase it. Investment at the
retail level means they are using as many of their natural senses to engage
with the product. So when your
customers see, feel, hear, smell and taste the product the more likely they
will purchase. Of course, this
display will not have running water to it, but for your customers to touch the
quality made Phoenix Faucet and see all of the color options, your silent
salesperson (the display) did it’s job in helping close the deal!

Hybrid Faucets from Phoenix
January 2014 sets the date when the law for no lead in brass
comes into effect. Phoenix Faucets
has been considering this for the many years the law has been reducing the
amount of lead allowed in brass that comes in contact with drinking water. The solution is using different,
expensive alloys to combine with the brass or Hybrid Faucets by Phoenix
Faucets!
The new Hybrid Faucets marry the metal toughness and
stability with the no lead eco friendly plastic. The Hybrid Faucet meets all State and Federal safe drinking
water requirements and added engineering allows for 20% less water usage with
the same feel of water output. We
do this with a unique one-piece molded underbody that has no O-rings. This means NO LEAKS from the common
leak points.
We’ve also fused brass over a plastic shank ensuring the
stability and structure needed when installing the fixture. The cartridge is usually one of the
first things to go bad in a faucet because of the over tightening by the consumer. We have installed a brass cartridge so
you and your customer can have the security in knowing the metal will not strip
causing unnecessary handle failure.

Spin Welding Vs O-Rings
Did you know the O-Ring is the first area of leak in a
faucet? Phoenix Faucets has
addressed this with our Spin-Weld Technology. Instead of combining standard shanks and the various water
way lengths with O-Rings, we Spin-Weld.
This fuses the plastic fittings together removing any opportunity for
leaking at those points. It also
adds a sturdier structure keeping the fixture solid!
